We specialize in working with Creative women entrepreneurs in various fields. It’s our goal to create an environment for GROWTH and personal understanding. To SUPPORT our clients towards STRATEGICALLY setting and meeting their business GOALS. To guide our clients to GET UNSTUCK and to MOVE UP to the NEXT LEVEL.

Our clients are principally from the the Creative & Beauty Sector, including:-
Fashion, Literary Arts, Music, Theatre Arts, Architecture, Visual Art and Design, Handicrafts, Film, TV and Radio, Photography and Video, Culinary arts etc. We also advise SMEs in the Beauty & Fitness industry.

What is Business Coaching?

Meet Our Coach - Kimya

Kimya has had a lifelong passion for helping people to get UNSTUCK and has always been known as the one who listens and gives intuitive and insightful advice to friends and colleagues.

She is the Founder and Creative Director of the Kimya Glasgow Brand, A true Caribbean native, she was born in St Vincent and the Grenadines, grew up in Trinidad & Tobago, and lived in both the British Virgin Islands and Barbados.

She holds an Associate Degree in Fashion Design.

She has won numerous grants and has been a beneficiary of several prestigious accelerator programmes. She has launched a number of lifestyle products including her fragrance – Kimya Glasgow Vanilla Orchid, making the Kimya Glasgow brand the first fashion house in the Caribbean to launch its own signature fragrance.

She is a 2009 Caribbean Fashion Awards winner, with awards for achievement in Design from Karib Nation Inc of Washington DC and Shabeau Magazine, and received a 2014 Influential Woman Award in St Vincent.

She has been Creative Director & Show Co-Producer behind SVG’s premier Fashion event – Fashion Caribbean.

A great believer in sharing knowledge, she has been a teacher, coach and consultant on several projects including skills development, through independent fashion introductory courses, classes under the SVG Adult Education Unit and hosting workshops, capacity development and consultations for Bequia Threadworks, a social enterprise garment manufacturing hub.

She has worked as a trainer and mentor for SMEs, social enterprises and as a panelist and project advisor for university students in entrepreneurship.

She has previously sat on the Board of the SVG Chamber of Industry and Commerce and currently serves on the Board of the National Cultural Foundation. She has also spearheaded the formation of the recently-formed Fashion Association of St Vincent & the Grenadines and holds the position of Board Secretary.

Her hobbies include reading, painting and drawing, DJing, writing poetry, fire spitting and watching classic British whodunits & detective stories.
